ashwini,

click on "post a reply"

then click on the following button there

then select the image from ur hard disk and choose size.. you may need to try out the sizes a couple of time to see which is best. that is done from below..

after upload is complete the box will show three url links.. one for thumbnail, one for image and one for link

copy the one for image and paste it directly in your post window..

thats it
