Its not the move that is difficult.. more often its remembering the sequence and yeah....what I for one need is, practice in moving from one combination to another

hi anand,
i think tunnel is difficult because in this step girls height matters which is too hard to adjust while dancing. and sometimes girl bending looks weird.

aman

In All around you I find turning for man quite complex....However, when Anand teaches the move it simply becomes easy and smooth....

All aroud you
It is very difficult to lead a girl for "all around you" if she does not know it.
E.g. if she is a very good dancer from another institute even then its very difficult for the man to lead her for the back to back at the end.

Re: Salsa Level 2: Which move you find most difficult?
A mistake a lot of us do, I for one definatly do , is try and do the moves on fast music; almost too soon after learning the move, and that is where we goof up..missing count, going off beat, etc...over a period of time I have realised that it is very important to do the moves on slow music, while being very honest about ones own competency in executing the move....once each count and each step is imbibed in the (pardon me Anand, while I take a line from you ) muscle memory..should one attempt the move on a faster piece of music .. I know I have a long way to gooooo.........
While one part of the dance is to be honest about one's own level of expertise in execution, the basic lead and follow poilicy still remains...Anand has demonstrated this class number of times with ladies who have attended just their second or third class....more than the move its the art of lead...doesnt matter wether the girl knows it or not.. thats what i feel...and worst case scenario, it will not happen once, it will not happen twice.. maybe even a third time, but 4rth time definitly hoga.... I just try to keep at it and have fun
And none of us ever learnt to ride the cycle without falling off atleast once...kabhi kabhi chot lagta hain....all you ladies out there... we never mean to hurt you ...the tunnel is a beautifull move...let us practice and dance with you... .....we will definitly get it.
My most difficult part in level 2 is the collecting footwork after the move has been executed and we need to get to collect for acbl...it become very abrupt for me.
