Anand,

Definitely a useful and fun tool for instructors. It's great to have a place to share about the art of teaching, because being a good dancer does not necessarily mean you are a good teacher.

So count me in! I would love to participate. I am looking forward to sharing with all of you! Very Happy

the most important thing that i learnt after being an instructor was that.......

i need to be an awesome follower for me to be a good leader

this is applicable for my life too Smile
and i still use this fact

whether is dance leading n following, or whether it is learning in a class(following) and then teaching in a class(leading), to be able to do as said in class(follower) and then to be able to have the power to make others do what u want(leader)........... and many other examples.

it really helped and is still helping

Smile
