I came across this video showing neck dip and a few other interesting combinations of dips. Do have a look if you are interested.

I think if the girl has good balance then the neck dip might not be too tough for the guy....well I am too inexperienced on this front ,so please correct me if I am wrong.

serious and professional advice : dont try this guys and gals , its dangerous , and you will hurt ur neck and back .. these guys are highly trained professionals , and thus make it look easy .

Do it very slowly to start with.. takes a lot of practice, but more importantly the trust to know that your partner with not let you fall.. more often, it is that moment of hesitation that will hurt. But yes, it is better to do it with supervision.

But tell me, how do I download the video on my laptop ?

goto http://www.downloadyoutubevideos.com.

copy the URL of the video (http://in.youtube.com/watch?v=TmQEJuO9uFc) and paste it on this website then click on download. as you finish downloading then just rename the file and add .flv in the end. then the video is downloaded. but you will need FLV player to run this video. if u don have it then just let me know. i will mail it to you.

Im not sure supervision alone will do the trick.. its years of practice , trainig , flexibility , co-ordination etc which goes into making these moves safe. We end up twisting our partners hands even in simple level1 moves!

And Aman , Doc may be here , but Doc doesnt cure for free lol! ... and some injuries even Doc cant heal!
