I recently interviewed Arjay Centeno and Melissa Rutz, one of the world's top west coast swing couples who compete and teach internationally, on the concepts of connection, musicality, flow, and energy. Although they teach west coast swing and not salsa or social Latin dance, these concepts are applicable to all dances.
